Shipping Policy — Suleman Naturals
Suleman Naturals ships lab-tested natural products (Majoon, timing/delay oils, hair oil, honey, Shilajit, etc.) across Pakistan. We use discreet outer packaging, tamper seals and careful packing to protect product quality and customer privacy.

Order processing time
- Standard processing: Orders placed before 14:00 PKT (working days) are processed the same day. Orders placed after 14:00 or on weekends/public holidays are processed the next business day.
- Premium & lab-checked orders: For premium products (e.g., Khazana-e-Suleman) or special lab-checked batches, final quality checks may add up to 48 hours to processing time.
- Order confirmation: You will receive an order confirmation by email/WhatsApp after checkout and a shipment notification with tracking once the order is dispatched.
Delivery methods & estimated times (Pakistan)
Delivery time depends on your city and shipping method chosen at checkout. Estimated delivery windows (business days) are:
- Express (major cities): 1–3 business days (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad)
- Standard courier (nationwide): 2–5 business days (smaller towns may take longer)
- Local pickup: Available in Faisalabad (select at checkout); pickup is by appointment and usually ready same-day after processing cut-off.
Shipping costs & free-shipping
We use a flat-rate start fee for most orders and offer free shipping above a threshold:

*Flat rate applies to standard parcels up to typical product weight; heavier or bulky orders may incur additional charges shown at checkout.
Free shipping for orders over PKR 8,000 (Pakistan only). Free-shipping offers apply to paid orders and may exclude bulky/oversized items — final shipping cost displayed at checkout.
Discreet & secure packaging
- All orders are packed in plain outer packaging — no product name or sensitive description is visible externally.
- Products inside are tamper-sealed and cushioned with bubble wrap. Inner product boxes will display branding but the courier parcel will remain discreet.
- For premium boxed sets (magnetic boxes), we add extra protective wrapping and a tamper sticker for safety.
Tracking & delivery notifications
When your order ships we will send a tracking number by email and WhatsApp (if you provided a phone number). You may use the tracking link to follow delivery progress. For courier delays please contact our support team (details below) and we will assist with escalation.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
- COD is available at checkout where applicable. COD orders have the same processing time but may require signature on delivery.
- COD orders are subject to a verification process; we may call to confirm large COD orders to prevent fraud.
Lost, damaged or delayed shipments — what to do
If your parcel is lost, damaged or significantly delayed, please:
- Contact us immediately at info@sulemannaturals.com or WhatsApp +92 304 4833089 with your order number and photos of damaged items/packaging (if applicable).
- We will open a courier investigation and advise next steps. For damaged or contaminated product claims we may request photos and batch code. In some cases we will ask you to return the sealed item for inspection — RA and return shipping instructions will be provided if approved.
- If the courier confirms loss or damage due to transit, we will either replace the order or issue a full refund after verification.
International shipping
Currently we ship primarily within Pakistan. International shipping may be available on request — contact info@sulemannaturals.com for a quotation. International orders are subject to customs rules, duties and longer delivery times; customers are responsible for any import taxes or customs clearance fees.

We work with reliable local courier partners (major national providers) and select express services for city deliveries.
How to change or cancel an order
- If you need to change shipping address or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible (within 2 hours of ordering) via WhatsApp or email. We will attempt to update or cancel the shipment before dispatch. Once dispatched, changes may not be possible.
